Woodward Park & Splash Pad
About this splash pad
Lapel's Woodward Park is the kind of well-rounded spot where the splash pad is just one piece of a bigger afternoon: disc golf, a playground, pavilions, and open lawn all share the same grounds. Reviewers flag it as well-kept and rarely crowded, even on warm weekend afternoons, which is a real bonus. Shade and benches near the playground give you a comfortable place to settle in while the kids play. Two things worth knowing before you go: the splash pad closes at 4pm, earlier than a lot of families expect, so plan your timing accordingly. Restrooms are port-a-potty only, which parents of toddlers in particular have called out as a real inconvenience. Free to visit.
