Wes Montgomery Park
About this splash pad
Wes Montgomery Park's splash pad brings something you don't always find in Indianapolis, Indiana: a continuous water flow that doesn't cut off mid-play, plus enough variety in the features to keep things interesting. The space is large, so crowds spread out well, and parking is plentiful, which takes a lot of the hassle out of the trip. Beyond the splash pad, the park includes a playground, basketball courts, and walking trails, so there's plenty of reason to make a full afternoon of it. A couple of things worth knowing before you go: one reviewer noted recurring sanitation issues in the jet area that hadn't been addressed over multiple visits, and bathrooms have been reported locked on some visits. Free to use.
