D'Lo Water Park

About this splash pad

D'Lo Water Park is not your typical splash pad, and that's kind of the point. Set in Mendenhall, Mississippi, this is a nature-based recreation area built around a shallow river running right through the park, where kids and adults alike get in with tubes and kayaks. The whole setup is a campground, with tent sites, RV hookups, cabins, and showers on-site, so this one works best as part of a longer outing or an overnight trip rather than a quick cool-down stop on the way home. Reviewers consistently praise the staff and note the grounds are clean and well maintained. And here's a fun detail for movie buffs: the park has a filming connection to "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" which gives it a little extra personality beyond the water.
