Alexander Villas Park

About this splash pad

Built in 1985 and expanded in 2000, Alexander Villas Park is one of the older Clark County neighborhood parks still in regular use, tucked into the Sunrise Manor community of northeast Las Vegas, Nevada. The 13-acre site packs in a splash pad (county paperwork calls it a "water play park"), a playground, softball fields, and outdoor basketball courts, along with picnic areas. Free to use. Like every Clark County splash pad, this one opened early in 2026 during an unseasonable March heat wave.
